Mecklenburg County's Get Up and Grow program is the community’s premier small business development program that enables business owners with knowledge and skills to grow, expand, and increase annual sales beyond $125,000-$400,000.
The no-cost program helps local business owners to develop a strategic growth plan. Participants receive access to professional consultants, a peer network, and trainings with subject matter experts.
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be the owner and/or CEO of the company.
The business must be located in Mecklenburg County.
The business has been in operation for at least two years.
The business has at least two employees.
Attendees must have a strong commitment to grow the business and actively attend program sessions.
